Does anybody else think the world is relying to much on technology?

I feel technology has caused more problem in the world then it has solved! Because of it kids don't go out and play as much, they stay inside and "play" video games. Technology of all kinds has caused everyone to be lazier. Most people have became over weight and are less considerate of others. The other day in school we had to have another student evaluate our essays and not a single kid in cl but me could read my cursive because no one knows cursive, they just type everything so all they know is print. That's just a few examples but you get my point here. so whats your opinion on this? And yes, i do know that im on a computer.
