Genesis 1:26. Can someone explain this Genesis verse to me.?

He is referring to Jesus and God's Holy Spirit. God, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one. Jesus existed even before He was born on earth. Jesus is God in the flesh; in human form, though He was not physically born on the earth until much later, He still existed then.
