Obama, Congress knew about AIG bonuses for months?

Ummm...no. The administration learned about this last tuesday. The federal reserve were the ones that knew about this for awhile. The chairman of the federal reserve makes his own decisions and makes his own rules. He doesn't have to tell Mr. Obama anything if he doesn't want to.
