What ATV should I buy?

I was looking at a new 2006 Honda TRX400FA 4X4 Rancher AT for $4600 (left over model) or a 2007 Honda Fourtrax Foreman 4x4 ES TRX500FE for $6200 with $500 bonus cash for a total $5700. I will use it for offroad trails (no plowing etc.). I also plan on getting a winch installed and take out a extra 1 or 2 year service contract.
