Speedo cable on caddy?

Hello there, i have a 85 deville(fwd) with the 4.1 and my odometer needle sits way to the right, now is that a spdmtr cable prblm or smthng within the clstr itself. if so, is it hard to chng the spdmtr cable on this thing? thnx...
