Yet the big blue bird is unknown!?

I KNOW it was ATLEAST 5 foot tall. I am about 5' 6" and the bird was a few inches higher or lower then me. Theb ird was blue with black thin legs. It had this brownish-tan boney-looking thing on it's head. I am STILL stumped, it's not a sarus crane, or a macaw, or any other that I;ve seen in my life!
