Australian Law. Is it possible to appeal against a conviction on grounds of ignorance & non-intent?

The time to appeal has long since ped. There are other courses, but they are difficult and expensive, such as applying for a pardon. You could also look into a motion to withdraw your guilty plea, but that would depend upon local law and local procedure.
