Running good way to lose wight...and anyone have before and after weight loss picks with their stories?

It actually does help lose weight. Not only do you lose weight, but it helps toning arms, abs, legs and . All I do is run and eat vegetables and other healthy food and that has helped me stay very slim. My friend runs as well and eats whatever she wants, and is in good shape, but I wouldn't recommend slacking on diet. She just has good genes. Good luck!
