SAT again?

I had taken the SAT in January, and signed up for the March in case I did badly in January. I got a 2280 (700 critical reading, 790 math, 790 writing), which is about what i expected. However, I want to improve. I didn't study much, and the test is in a week. If i don't take it in March, I'll have to take it next October (SAT IIs for May and June) during senior year. Do you think its worth trying for a higher score in March?
