Trade Deadline? Dodgers?

Dodgers are badly in need of a power hitter. There have been rumors of getting Jermaine Dye but I seriously don't think it would work out. We have too many outfielders: Gonzalez, rising star Kemp, Pierre (get rid of him) Eithier. We are badly in need of a 3rd basemen. We have just moved Nomar there but hes not producing at all. How about we get rid of some our younger players such as Abreau or LaRoche and some young pitching and get a guy like Troy Glaus. I don't think we should get Miguel Cabrera right now because he would just be a half a year rent. I say we wait and sign him in the offseason, get rid of Nomar and Kent and sign maybe Dan Uggla and somehow try to get rid of Pierre in the process. Your thoughts?
