Do you have an irresistible peanut er and chocolate recipe?

A young friend is in ICU with an infection secondary to his brain cancer. He loves peanut er/chocolate desserts. I've made him choc. cupcakes with pb frosting. Whatever I take needs to be single serving or bite sized and can't require any utensils or plates-- no whole cakes or puddings. Any and all recipes will be greatly appreciated.
