Is fast food good to help build muscle m. I checked the nurtritional contents on some foods that are sold, such as burgers and chicken sandwiches. They all have high protein and alot of calories. This is what lifters need to gain muscle m, so is this a good way to go even though its bad for the arteries. The thing is i need to gain weight as much as possible for football. I can easily burn fat because of my very high metabolism, so that is not the issue, I just want to know if i'll get good gains by using this diet
