I NeeD ANserS FasT!!!! what do you think of when reading these lyrics?

I think it's about someone's obsessive love for one person after the other. The writer recognizes that it's a nightmare but wants it to continue just to be with that other person. It the obsession that poisons each relationship. If the one who obsesses can just cut through all the crap and let go, they will be free to love and live.
