Where can I find a great artist in Southern California for a Disney inspired Alice in Wonderland tattoo?

I'm looking to get a three quarter sleeve of Alice in Wonderland and all of the characters- Alice, the Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, the March Hare, etc. Where can I find an artist in the Southern California (preferably around Orange County/Inland Empire/LA) that does creative and colorful tattooing of this kind? And around how many sessions do you think it would take? Thanks for the help.
